Mandates officially assigned to Milli Majlis deputies

The inauguration ceremony of the deputies of the Milli Majlis
(Parliament of Azerbaijan) took place today, Trend reports. The
chairman of the Central Electoral Commission, Mazahir Panahov,
expressed hopes that the activities of the people's representatives
will promote the development of Azerbaijan.

Elections to the Milli Majlis in the Azerbaijani Republic were held on
November 7th 2010.

The previous elections were held in November 2005.
