Ramzan Kadyrov orders breeding of Chechen racehorses

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has said he has ordered the breeding of local racehorses.

"Every year we provide lovers of equestrian sport with 15-20 elite horses,'' Tass cites him as saying.
