15 Daesh terrorists detained in Izmir

Fifteen Daesh militants were detained in Turkey’s Izmir province as a result of a special operation, local media report.

The police have revealed that they participated in military operations in Iraq and Syria. One of the detainees was also involved in a terrorist attack in Turkey’s Adana province in 2015.

All the detainees are Turkish citizens, Trend reports with reference to the DHA news agency.
