Mammadyarov appeals to Ban Ki-moon, Stoltenberg and Mogherini

The Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has sent an appeal to the Secretary Generals of the UN and NATO in connection with the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, the head of the press service of the Foreign Ministry Hikmet Hajiyev stated.

"An appeal was sent by the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, Elmar Mammadyarov, to the countries of the OSCE Minsk Group, the CIS, the Secretary Generals of the UN, NATO, and the Commissioner for Foreign Relations of the EU, Federica Mogherini. The appeal mentions regular attacks of the populated settlements by the Armenian Armed Forces, as well as civilian deaths," RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
