OSCE Minsk Group on its way to Baku

French Ambassador to the OSCE Véronique Roger-Lacan has informed on his Twitter page that the representatives of the OSCE Minsk Group from Russia and France, Igor Popov and Pierre Andrieu, are to pay a visit to the zone of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

According to Roger-Lacan, Igor Popov and Pierre Andrieu are to arrive in Baku today and then visit Yerevan and Khankendi.

The other co-chair of the Minsk Group, James Warlick, of the United States, will join them later.

Recall all the border positions of Azerbaijan on the night of April 2 were subjected to intense fire from large-caliber weapons, mortars, rocket-propelled grenades and artillery units of Armenian Armed Forces. In addition, a number of shots were fired at settlements near the frontline, densely populated by civilians.
