NCMC to examine case of citizen of Kyrgyzstan who tried to join Daesh

The prosecutor of the Rostov region, Yuri Baranov, has approved the indictment against Vazgen Zargaryana, who is accused of an attempt to join the Daesh terrorist group, agency spokeswoman Oksana Sukhareva said.

"According to the investigation, in March 2014 the defendant decided to migrate to Syria to join the ranks of the international terrorist organization of Islamic State and participate in hostilities against the country's government forces,'' Interfax cites her as saying.
