Russia to export S-300 complexes to Kazakhstan

Russia and Kazakhstan are developing a contract on delivery of Russian S-300 missile-defense complexes, according to the press secretary of the Defense Ministry of Russia, Irina Kovalchuk, RIA Novosti reports.
