Nazarbayev to visit Iran

Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev will arrive in Iran on April 11-12 to discuss the strengthening of cooperation in the trade, economic and transit transport spheres.

Nazarbayev will visit Iran at the invitation of the Iranian President Hassan Rouhani. It is planned that the leaders will discuss the implementation of agreements reached during Rouhani's visit to Astana in September 2014.

The sides will also discuss ways to strengthen cooperation in the trade, economic, investment, agricultural, transit transport spheres and cooperation in international and regional security, the press service of the President of Kazakhstan said.
