Novak: the Poseidon project is quite possible

The implementation of the Poseidon pipeline project to supply Russian gas from the Black Sea to southern Italy is possible, the head of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak said.

"The memorandum, signed a few weeks ago, allows us to say that this route is possible, but issues of specific conditions and supplements should be worked out by the company interested in gas supplies to southern Europe,'' Interfax cites him as saying.
