Media: Russia and the United States create a new Syrian constitution

Representatives of Russia and the US have started work on drafting a new Syrian constitution, Bloomberg reports, referring to Russian and Western diplomats.

According to them, the process is still at an the early stage. At the moment, Moscow's proposal is closer to the position of Damascus.
