Russia, Tajikistan and Pakistan to help Afghanistan in anti-drug activities

Heads of the anti-drug departments of Russia, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Tajikistan met in Moscow and agreed to unite their forces against the production of heroin in Afghanistan, RIA Novosti reports.

The head of the FDCS of Russia, Viktor Ivanov, said that today international cooperation can help in solving this problem. Unfortunately NATO doesn't take effective measures on destruction drug production.

In its turn Afghanistan stated that it does its best to strive against drug production in its territory, however it can't cope by its own. Afghanistan hopes his partners help him in this significant matter.
