Residents of Georgia are continuing to voluntarily surrender firearms and explosives to the police.

Thus, 25 people from the Samtskhe-Javakheti region voluntarily surrendered 4804 ball cartridges, 400 grams of TNT, 2 electric detonators, 42 grenades, 4 shotguns, a homemade revolver, 7 anti-tank grenades, 4 anti-tank mines and 10 clips, Sputnik-Georgia reports.

It is worth noting that, according to Georgian legislation, people who voluntarily surrender their weapons and ammunition will be exempt from criminal liability.
