Head of Chechnya offers Russians to spend vacation in Caucasus

Crimea and the Caucasus are alternative tourist destinations for Russians, who previously preferred to rest in countries that are no longer safe today, the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov stated today.

"Vladimir Vladimirovich is convinced that the Turkish authorities will seek to ensure the safety of tourists, since it is a big part of the budget, but there is no guarantee that there is no threat for life of tourists. Of course, there are alternatives for vacation. Those are, first of all, our Caucasus and Crimea," he wrote on his Instagram page.
