The world oil market can return to normal, at least the normal that has characterized it for the last couple of years, USA Today reports.

The price of June futures for North Sea Brent oil at London ICE Stock Exchange increased by 2.6% and overcame the barrier of $44.02 per barrel.

Thus, Brent price fully compensated for its drop after a failed meeting of the exporting countries in Doha.
