One of major Azerbaijani cities shelled

The Armenian armed forces have shelled Azerbaijan's Terter district, including its Gapanli village on April 26 from 01:05 to 04:25 (UTC/GMT +4 hours), by using 82-mm and 120-mm mortars, 122-mm howitzers BМ-21 multiple rocket launchers, Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry said.

It is noted that the Azerbaijani Armed Forces inflicted strikes only on Armenian military facilities, Trend reports.

Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry said that the criminal military and political leadership of Armenia bears responsibility for any incident that can occur on the line of contact.

The city of Terter is located in 332 km from Baku. The territory of this area is geographically belongs to the lowland Karabakh.
