Azerbaijan maintains right to liberate occupied territories

According to international law, Azerbaijan maintains the right to
liberate the occupied territories, the First Vice-Speaker of the
Azerbaijani parliament, Ziyafet Askerov, said, Trend reports.

Askerov is the chairman of the parliamentary committee for security and defense.
He emphasized that the world community has demonstrated its inability
to affect Armenia.

Askerov criticized the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group for
inactivity. He believes that their work is only limited to
declarations, followed by no action.
