Ingush Prime Minister: Crime in Ingushetia is falling

The Ingush police have managed to reduce crime in the country, the
Prime Minister of Ingushetia, Alexei Vorobyev, said today, RIA Novosti
reports.

The crime rate in the country has been slowing in recent years, in
connection with the activities of law-enforcement officers, who
managed to eliminate and detain some of the most notorious leaders of
the underworld gangs, Vorobyev says.

The Ingush prime minister said that the improvement of the local
Interior Ministry, which had caused a lot of criticism, came with the
arrival of the presidency of Yunus-Bek Yevkurov.
