Russian Foreign Ministry condemns Turkey's actions against Syria

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov expressed concern over shelling of the Syrian territory by the Turkish side.

"Russia is concerned by the actions of the Turkish side for the shelling of the Syrian territory, the ongoing requirements to create certain safety zones in Syria, not to mention the increasing calls to prepare a military operation,"  Lavrov said, TASS reports.
