State Department: OPEC should not control the oil market in an artificial way

US State Department Special Envoy for Energy Hokstayn Amos believes that OPEC should not attempt to control the oil market artificially.

"I don’t think that OPEC should focus on artificial control of the market," he said in an interview with Sputnik.
