Iranian uranium exchange offer still in force

An Iranian offer to exchange its stockpiles of low-enriched uranium
for reactor fuel is still ion the table, but the exchange must take
place on Iranian territory, the Iranian Nuclear Energy Organization
Ali Akbar Salehi said.

The UN proposes Iran ship out low-enriched uranium to be processed
into higher-grade nuclear fuel and then returned to Tehran.

Salehi also said that Iran would continue its program to enrich uranium to 20%.

The Islamic Republic is currently holding talks with all 15 members of
the UN Security Council on the issue.

Salehi said Iran was also holding separate talks with the U.S.
