Kerry: we would fail to cease fire in Syria without Russia

US Secretary of State John Kerry stated that Russia has played a positive role in establishing the ceasefire in Syria.

"We would fail to establish an initial ceasefire without the Russian Federation. Without any exaggeration, tens of thousands lives were saved. Earlier, people didn't receive any humanitarian aid for years, and now almost a million people receive it,'' RIA Novosti cites the diplomat as saying.
