Armenia may decriminalize smuggling

Today, Armenian parliament holds discussions on the draft amendments to the law "On Taxes" about removing criminal penalties for smuggling, which were presented by the deputy head of the State Revenue Committee Vakhtang Mirumyan.

The draft law proposes to abolish immediate criminal liability for incorrect or imperfectly filled customs declaration, news.am reports.
