Russia may simplify rules for currency exchange

The Federal Financial Monitoring Service of Russia approved the draft law on the change of rules on cash exchanges in the country. 

The deputy director of the Federal Financial Monitoring Service of Russia, Rosfinmonitoring, Pavel Livadny, said that the threshold amount of currency one can exchange without identification documents may be increased to 40 thousand rubles and to 100 thousand rubles via the simplified procedure of identification.
