US troops ready to protect NATO from Iranian missiles

The US troops are ready to defend its NATO allies from Iran's ballistic missiles, the US Deputy Defense Secretary Robert Work said at the opening ceremony of the Aegis Ashore complex in Romania.

"As long as Iran continues to develop and deploy ballistic missiles, the United States will work with its allies to defend NATO," Reuters cited him as saying.
