Ukraine to create special fund for restoration of Donbass

A special fund for the restoration of Donbass will be created in Ukraine using budget funds and international support, the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko stated today.

"We continue work on the creation of a special fund, the funds of which will be spent on the restoration of Donbass," he said.
