Russian Finance Minister forecasts oil price for 2016

Russia's finance ministry expects the average price of oil at $ 40 per barrel, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said.

He said in an interview with Rossiya 24 TV channel that the budget deficit this year was expected to comprise 3% of gross domestic product with oil prices at $40 per barrel, and it was unlikely that crude could become more expensive, Reuters reports.
