Beaches of Batumi ready for summer season

Batumi Beaches located on the coastline from Sarpi to Chakvi are ready for swimming season, the head of the service of sanitary cleaning of the city hall, Zurab Geladze, said.

According to him, the staff of the service carrie out the cleaning works on the coastline every day, starting from May 1st.

‘’The entire perimeter of the coast is clean. The sea water on the coast of Adjara is also clean. Regarding to the disinfection works that are necessary to fight against mosquitoes and insects, we hold them twice a month, ‘’ Sputnik Georgia quotes Geladze as saying.
