Azerbaijani pilot became first driver to test Baku Formula 1 track

Starting at the Azadlyg square, Gyulguseyn Abdullayev drove four laps on the Formula 1 European Grand Prix track, with the length of a little over 6 km.
After that, he stopped in front of Paddock building at the Azadliq square and spoke about his impression of the track.
"Baku City Circuit is interesting because it is the configuration of both slow and high speed corners. Overall, the track scheme is very well thought out," he said.
