SOCAR extends investment projects in Ukraine

The president of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), Rovnag Abdulayev, yesterday met a delegation headed by the minister of fuel and energy of Ukraine, Yuri Boiko, Trend reports.

Abdulayev stated that regional energy projects implemented in Azerbaijan have great prospects for providing energy security for Europe.

According to the Ukrainian minister, his country closely follows projects in Azerbaijan and is interested in close cooperation with Azerbaijan in the sphere of energy. Abdulayev in turn said that his company intends to extend its investment projects in Ukraine in the future.
