Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaThe situation in the Kazakh city of Aktobe where extremists attacked weapons stores and a military unit on June 5th was not a threat to the collective security of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Secretary General Nikolay Bordyuzha stated.
"Certainly, we monitor the situation I believe that these events do not threaten the system of collective security,'' Tass cites him as saying.
"Therefore, should just monitor the situation. We are not going to interfere, as the state [Kazakhstan] has enough potential,'' Bordyuzha said.
