UN General Secretary meets Turkish foreign minister

The foreign minister of Turkey, Ahmet Davutoglu, has met with UN General Secretary Ban Ki-moon ahead of the summit of the Security Council in New York, Trend reports.

They discussed the Cyprus problem, the situation in Iraq, negotiations in the Middle East, Iran's nuclear program, the referendum in Sudan and the UN investigation into the Israeli attack on the "Freedom Flotilla".
