Some 1,000 arrested in Moscow amid racial tensions
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaMoscow police have arrested approximately a thousand people from
radical groups, police spokesman Victor Biryukov told Interfax.
He said that the situation has stabilized. There are almost no
aggressive young people at the Kievskiy railway station. There are
still special police services patrolling the area.
The police are escorting the foreign builders at the 'Moscow Hotel'
construction site.
Leader of 'Slavyanskaya Sila (Slavic Power) movement Dmitry Demushkin
said that his movement does not provoke conflicts on the streets but
only acts as an observer.
