Russian Energy Minister predicts $65 oil price in 2017

Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak believes Russia can rely on a recovery of oil prices reaching $65 per barrel next year.

"The oil price, in our opinion, will be high within three or four years it may reach the level of $65 per barrel or more," he said.
