The head of the Council of Russian Muftis, Ravil Gainutdin, believes
that the influx of migrants into the country is a forced measure due
to the fact that "the indigenous people do not want to work,” Interfax
reports .

"Migrants are a necessary measure. Today Russian villages are
destroyed, settlements are disappearing. Blame should not be put on
migrants: in fact they are like our slaves, they come to work for us.
We ourselves should work and create benefits for our Fatherland,"
Gainutdin said.
