Renault to enter Iran’s car market with 5 new products

Renault’s cooperation with domestic automakers has become the focus of automotive industry activists since many months ago.
Although some had expected Renault would cooperate with only one Iranian domestic automaker, the two Iran’s prominent auto manufacturers Saipa and Iran Khodro insisted on continuing works with the company, Mehr reports.
Two Iranian prominent vehicle manufacturers Iran Khodro and Saipa will produce two and three new cars, respectively, in cooperation with Renault, said Fardad Daliri, Deputy Head of The Industrial Development & Renovation Organization of Iran (IDRO), also known as IDRO Group, on Saturday.
