Sabir Gabibov to be awarded honorary diploma of Azerbaijani President

An event dedicated to the awarding of an honorary diploma of the Azerbaijani President to the merited doctor of the Russian Federation, Sabir Gabibov, for achievements in the development of medical science will be held in the Azerbaijani Embassy in Russia at 17:00 on July 4.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on awarding honorary diploma to Sabir Gabibov in June.
