Hillary Clinton apologizes to Azerbaijan for Wikileaks

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has made a telephone call to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. Clinton expressed regret about the messages published by WikiLeaks about the Azerbaijani first lady. She emphasized that the US considers Azerbaijan its strategic partner and will continue improving ties.
