Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov urged Ankara to extradite Chechen terrorists hiding in Turkey to Russia. According to him, Ankara has been warned of a threat posed by these jihadists, though the Turkish authorities "have only promised" to extradite them.

"I am pleased with normalization of the Russia-Turkey relations. I ask Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan again to take the decision on terrorists' extradition," Sputnik cited him as saying.

"If the Turkish authorities need data on terrorists I will name them again. Take notes!…Tarhan Gaziyev, Ahmad Umarov, Ahmad Pathayev, Shirvani Basayev, Mahran Saidov, Rizwan and Osama Yakubov, Aslanbek Vadalov, Movsar Chatayev, Hadi Alaskhanov, Rustam Naurbaev, Shirvani Basayev and their ideological mentor Movladi Udugov. They feel themselves comfortable 'on the Turkish coast'," Kadyrov wrote on his page in Instagram.
