Kazakh government to discuss Almaty attack

Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov will hold the government session focused on the situation in Almaty today.   

"I will hold the government session today. The situation in Almaty is a priority," Inform.kz cited Massimov as saying.

The highest of terror alerts has been declared in Almaty yesterday following an armed attack on police officers. Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev called the shooting in Almaty an act of terrorism.
