Margarita Mamun wins qualifications with hoop and ball at FIG World Cup Final in Rhythmic Gymnastics in Baku

Russian gymnast Margarita Mamun holds the lead after two qualification rounds in the exercises with the hoop and the ball in group A at the FIG World Cup Final in Rhythmic Gymnastics in Baku (38.4 points).  Russian gymnast Alexandra Soldatova was second with 38.4 points and an Italian gymnast Veronica Bertolini took third place with 37.95 points.

Azerbaijani gymnasts Marina Durunda and Jala Piriyeva took 6th and 7th places in the individual finals with the ball and the hoop, by receiving 35 and 34.75 points respectively.

The FIG World Cup Final in Rhythmic Gymnastics started in Baku today and is attended by 26 athletes and nine teams from 17 countries.
