Sochi to build 39 electricity substations in 2011

An office of FGC UES, Bulk Power Lines (BPL) South, will build 39
substations with a voltage of 10 kilowatts in Sochi in 2011, Interfax
reports, citing the chief media specialist of BPL South, Nina
Lazarenko.

The project is set to cost 2.05 billion rubles.

Work on building the transformer and distribution substations will
start in the first quarter of 2011.
