Iran to build 400 rail carriages for transport of minerals

The Director General of the Railway Carriage Company ‘Wagon Pars,’
Babak Ahmadi, said that his company has signed an agreement for the
construction and delivery of 400 six-axle cars, Iran News reports,
referring to the press service of ‘Wagon Pars.’

The signing of these contracts will contribute to reviving the Iranian
rail industry. This contract will play an important role in increasing
the volume of mineral production in the country.
