International terrorists use migrants in their criminal plans
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaInternational terrorists are effectively using the growth in the number of migrants from the Middle East and North Africa that has occurred in Europe in recent years for their criminal plans. As the director of the FSB, Alexander Bortnikov, said today, "sleeper cells" created by the leaders of Daesh, Jabhat al-Nusra and al-Qaeda are literally "becoming more active" with the influx of militants entering European countries together with migrants. The incredible growth in the number of migrants from the Middle East and North Africa is destabilizing the socio-political situation and greatly worsening the crime situation in many countries, significantly increasing the scale of operational work for the security services and law enforcement agencies, forcing us to work in emergency mode, he believes.
This is used by the terrorists who carried out terrorist attacks that caused numerous casualties in France, Belgium and Turkey.
Meanwhile, as a member of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs Adalbi Shkhagoshev said, if a special commission from France or Germany came to the North Caucasus today, they would learn how this region is fighting terrorism: "We have an anti-terrorist commission and an adaptation commission under each head of the region. The adaptation commissions help them to return to peaceful life. Hundreds made a mistake and found themselves on the wrong side after being deceived by recruiters. Someone returns to peaceful life, someone is sentenced for being involved in terrorist acts, being an accomplice or for sponsoring these attacks. But if people did not commit any crimes they return to peaceful life."
According Shkhagoshev, the special services were able to prevent many terrorist attacks thanks to the work of the anti-terrorist commissions.
"We monitor the situation with terrorism. That's what we offer them [Western countries - VK], an exchange of information, an exchange of experience. We went through something that Europe still does not understand – not because they are inferior, but because they simply did not go through it," he concluded.
