Ilham Aliyev awards “Dostlug” Order to Ramazan Abdulatipov

The head of Dagestan Ramazan Abdullatipov was awarded "Dostlug" Order (Order of Friendship) today in Azerbaijan, the corresponding decree was signed by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

The presidential website reported that Ramadan Abdullatipov was awarded for outstanding achievements in development of friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Russia, as well as between peoples of Azerbaijan and Dagestan.
