New Transport Minister appointed in Crimea

On Tuesday evening, the head of Crimea Sergey Aksenov made personnel changes, appointing Anatoly Volkov as the Minister of Transport of Crimea.

"Appoint Anatoly Volkov to state post of the Republic of Crimea - Transport Minister of the Republic of Crimea," Aksenov's decree says.
