Russian and Turkish sides begin talks in expanded format in Saint Petersburg

Delegations of Russian and Turkish presidents, Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan, joined their talks in St. Petersburg.

As the Kremlin press-service reported, high-ranking representatives of military, political, and economic sectors of Russia and Turkey are attending the meeting.
