Putin: Russia will continue to assist in Nagorno-Karabakh settlement

Putin made the remarks on August 10 after his meeting with Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan.
He noted that Russia is interested in reducing the tension between Yerevan and Baku, and will continue to assist in the search of solutions. "Russia hopes Azerbaijan and Armenia will be able to reach a compromise settlement of the existing conflict – without winners or losers," Putin added.
Commenting the talks with Armenian President, Putin said that they discussed the issues of bilateral relations and the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, based on the meetings held over the past two days.
