Read on the website Vestnik Kavkaza1/5 of MPs are appealing to the Constitutional Court to ban the political party Centrists, Georgian Dream member Gia Volsky posted a statement in this regard on Facebook, Interpressnews reported.
According to him, Centrists’ election advertisement is a treacherous rhetoric.
"The views and promises of the Centrists political party are not only unacceptable for us, but also contrary to the Georgian statehood. This is a treacherous rhetoric and it is clear that our society will not accept it. Of course, similar appeals are unacceptable in the Georgian political environment.
The court has denied a plaintiff on cancelation of the registration of the party from the election campaign, that’s why we are using our legal right, according to which, 1/5 of MPs can appeal to the Constitutional Court and demand entire cancelation of the party’s registration. We call on other political parties to join this initiative,"- said Volsky.
