Azerbaijan strongly condemns terrorist attack in Gaziantep
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaAzerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has sent a letter to his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu in connection with the recent terror attack in Turkey’s Gaziantep city.
Azerbaijan as a country suffering from terrorism strongly condemns all its forms and manifestations, as well as the terrorist attack in the Turkish city of Gaziantep, which resulted in numerous casualties, Mammadyarov said in his letter.
Mammadyarov expressed deep grief and condolences to the families and friends of the victims, the brotherly people of Turkey in connection with the horrific terrorist attack and wished a speedy recovery to the injured, Trend reports.
Fifty one people were killed, another 69 were injured, 17 of them are in serious condition as a result of August 20 blast in Gaziantep in southern Turkey. The attack occurred during a wedding celebration.
