Turkey confirms new envoy’s appointment to Baku

Turkey has officially confirmed the appointment of a new ambassador to Azerbaijan, The Official Gazette reports.

Erkan Ozoral was appointed the country’s new envoy to Azerbaijan.

Earlier, Ozoral served as the Deputy Director General at Turkish Foreign Ministry. In 2006, he was an adviser to the ambassador at the Turkish embassy in Baku.

Former Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Ismail Alper Coskun will hold a position at Turkey’s Foreign Ministry, Trend reports.
